Waterfall Estate has a long list of design specifications to comply with when building in this prestigious estate north of Johannesburg. The owners of this new build opted on tiling the home throughout with large porcelain tiles. After the tiles were laid they realised there was cause for concern when the tiles got wet.
Although the tiles have a bit of texture, the surface is very smooth and when the tiles get wet they become very slippery. However, our anti-slip coating does an amazing job of adding slip-resistance to the tiles without changing the colour, texture of feel of the tiles. This is a perfect solution to make the floors safer without affecting the modern interior design.
